Monthly Premiums
Federal law requires that premiums be no higher than 100% of the average market rate for individual plans with similar benefits.. This means you cannot be charged higher premiums because of your pre-existing condition.
2010 Rates
Please contact a PCIP-KS Customer Service Representative at 1-877-505-0511 for a premium rate quote. Your premium is determined by your age, geographic location and tobacco use status.
Rate Changes
Premium rates will generally change yearly, effective January 1 of each year. Notice of premium rate changes will be posted to our website and mailed to you at least 30 days prior to their effective date.
