The Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan – Kansas offers a $2,500 deductible PPO benefit plan. The plan includes comprehensive coverage for hospital care, primary and speciallty services and prescription drugs.
A Preferred Provider Plan (PPO) allows you to choose any provider, but pays a higher level of benefits for services provided by network providers ( 70%) than non-network providers (50%),
